LEISURE: Great music line-up for Party on the Park

FINAL preparations are being made ahead of tomorrow’s (Sunday, August 28, 2016) Party on the Park at Ilminster Recreation Ground.
There will be lots going on with stalls, displays, attractions and refreshments – plus lots of live music.
The music will kick-off at 12.30pm with The Elvis Experience starring Jon Whitlam.
There will then be local band Edge of Knowhere at 1.45pm followed by Hillbilly Sunrise at 3pm.

The Elvis Experience will return for another performance at 4.30pm.
The music continues at 5.45pm with The Salt and will conclude at 7pm with Wise Intentions.
Edge of Knowhere, Hillbilly Sunrise and Wise Intentions all played at this summer’s Home Farm Festival at Chilthorne Domer, near Yeovil, which raises money for the School in a Bag project.
Party on the Park at Ilminster Recreation Ground tomorrow (Sunday, August 28, 2016) runs from midday through to 8pm.
Among the entertainment will be a performance by Ilminster Majorettes at 1.30pm.
