CLUBS AND SOCIETIES: Ilminster Brownies and Guides visit the capital

MEMBERS of the Ilminster Brownies and Guides enjoyed a great trip to London where they saw some of the famous sights of the capital.
Nearly 30 went to London on Saturday (July 2, 2016) where they visited Buckingham Palace Mews, the London Eye and the Changing of the Guard.
Rebecca Bristow, who runs the 1st Ilminster Brownies, said: “The children absolutely loved the day and will have memories for a lifetime.”
The Brownies and Guides would like to thank everyone for making the trip possible - including Ilminster's Somerset County Council representative, Cllr Linda Vijeh, who helped with the funding.
