LEISURE: When We Are Married – a blessed union of laughs and surprises

THE Ilminster Entertainments Society takes to the stage this evening (Wednesday, May 25, 2016) with its latest production.
Members of the IES will be performing the J. B. Priestly comedy When We Are Married at the Warehouse Theatre in Brewery Lane, Ilminster, from tonight through to Saturday (May 28, 2016) with the show starting each night at 7.30pm.
Tickets are priced £9 with £8 for concessions and £7 for children and are available at Harrimans Menswear in Silver Street, Ilminster, or by phoning 07943-779880.
The comedy – directed by Lyn Lockyer – is set in the heart of northern England and three respectable couples, all married on the same day at the same church and by the same vicar, join together to celebrate 25 years of blissful matrimony.
But the happy celebrations are brought to a sudden halt by a shocking revelation.
Go along to the Warehouse Theatre and find out what happens in a classic comedy that is a blessed union of laughs and surprises.
