CLUBS AND SOCIETIES: Congratulations to Rotary Club member Edward

RETIRED local solicitor Edward Wells has just celebrated 40 years since he joined the Rotary Club of Ilminster.
Edward, asked about what had kept him interested for in Rotary for four decades, said: “Good friends and doing good things. Rotary is a marvellous organisation.
“In recent years we have had to change to remain relevant to modern day society.
“Although some old timers like us may find it hard to change, it is the new blood that is now joining us, and who wish to do things in a different way, that will see us through another 40 odd years of doing what we do best, putting Service Above Self.”
