SCHOOL NEWS: MP is quizzed by Greenfylde pupils

SCHOOL councillors at Greenfylde First School take their role very seriously and have quizzed local MP Marcus Fysh about his job.

Mr Fysh spoke to the children about his life as an MP and answered a range of questions including how loud Big Ben sounds within the Houses of Parliament.

The children were thrilled to receive their School Council certificates from Mr Fysh and his visit certainly inspired them in their role for the rest of the academic year.
