SCHOOL NEWS: Going spotty at Greenfylde

PUPILS at Greenfylde First School in Ilminster have been doing their bit for the annual Children in Need appeal.
With the pupils going dressed to school on Friday (November 18, 2016 – actual Children in Need Day) in Victorian attire in readiness for Ilminster’s annual Victorian Night, their support of Children in Need took place on Thursday (November 17, 2016).
Pupils were able to swap the usual school uniform for their own clothes – with preferably something spotty – for a 50p donation to the annual BBC appeal.
Headteacher Clare Oaten has said that a whopping £240 has been raised for Children in Need.
