SCHOOL NEWS: Little Bear gets his porridge at the Warehouse Theatre

YEAR Four pupils at Greenfylde First School in Ilminster received huge applause as they finished a three-night run of their leavers’ play – Goldilocks and the Three Bears – held at the Warehouse Theatre.
The play was a twist on the original tale and had a very different ending with Little Bear triumphantly getting his porridge having eaten Golidilocks!
Greenfylde headteacher Claire Oaten said: “The children showed amazing acting and siniging skills as the performed in front of a full house every night.
“Having the opportunity to perform in a proper theatre with all the lights and sound equipment gives them another magical memory of being at school and I hope we have helped to set some future actors on the path to stardom.”
Greenfylde would like to thank all those associated with putting on the play and especially the help received from the Warehouse Theatre.
