SCHOOL NEWS: Tractor fun for Sunny Ile children

THE children of Sunny Ile Pre School - part of Greenfylde First School in Ilminster - had a special visit this week as part of their project learning about different occupations.
The youngsters were delighted when Nick Matravers turned up at the pre-school in his tractor.
A pre-school spokesman said: “The children had great fun learning about how the Tractor is used on the farm and loved sitting in the driver’s seat. We also measured ourselves against the wheels.”
The spokesman added: “Thank you very much to the Matravers family for giving up their time to provide such a great experience.”
