SCHOOL NEWS: Sunny Ile Pre-School welcome PCSO Martin into class

HELLO, HELLO, HELLO! PCSO John Martin popped along to meet with children at the Sunny Ile Pre-School in Ilminster on Wednesday (February 8, 2017).
The children really enjoyed listening to PCSO Martin explain to them how to stay safe and how to cross the road properly.
And the children really enjoyed sitting in the front seat of his police car!
Cheryl Herrick, leader of Sunny Ile Pre-School which is part of Greenfylde First School, said: “As part of our curriculum, people and communities looks at different occupations and having PCSO Martin visit us has given the children a real insight into the work of a PCSO.
“The children learnt about all the different aspects of the police and we would like to thank him for coming along.”
