SCHOOL NEWS: Imaginations run wild thanks to Roald Dahl

CHILDREN at Neroche Primary School near Ilminster enjoyed a splendiferous day celebrating all things Roald Dahl - celebrating a 100 marvellous years since the author’s birth.
Neroche’s School Council raised an impressive £168 during the day to support the Roald Dahl seriously ill children’s charity.
Connel Boyle, headteacher of Neroche School based at Broadway, said: “From Esio-Trot to Willy Wonka the children enjoyed a really whipple-scrumptious day.
“My thanks go to all of our parents for the costume efforts that made the day truly memorable.”
