ILMINSTER NEWS: August edition of Ilminster Press – OUT NOW!

THE August edition of the Ilminster Press community newspaper is OUT NOW for people to pick-up for free from various outlets in and around the town.
The 40-page paper – packed with news and photos from Ilminster and surrounding area – is available at the main Tesco store in town, the Co-op, McColls, Ilminster Arts Centre, Ilminster Bookshop, Cottage Flowers, Shrubbery Hotel and the Spar Garage.
It is also available at Horton Post Office, Dillington House, Seavington Community Shop and the Spar Garage on the Hayes End roundabout at South Petherton.
The paper includes an eight-page photo review of Ilminster Cricket Club’s recent Major Club Cup Final appearance at the County Ground in Taunton, while there are photo specials from the flower shows at Barrington, Seavington and Horton.
There is the latest news from the campaign to save Ilminster Library from closure along with latest news from Swanmead School, Ilminster Town Youth Football Club and all the fixtures for Ilminster Town Football Club’s first team in the Premier Division of the Somerset County League.
