RUNNING: Great start for the Minster Milers club

A NEW running club in Ilminster got off to a fantastic start when around 40 runners met for the launch night.
Runners of all abilities gathered at the Archie Gooch Pavilion off Canal Way in Ilminster on Wednesday (January 3, 2017) evening for the launch of the Minster Milers club.
“A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the launch night,” said a club spokesman. “It was great to see so many people.
“We hope everyone enjoyed themselves and look forward to seeing them all again in the weeks ahead.”
The club meets on Wednesday evenings at the Archie Gooch Pavilion at 6.45pm in readiness for a 7pm start.
