ILMINSTER NEWS: Ring found at Swanmead

A RING with a sentimental inscription has been found at Swanmead Community School in Ilminster and headteacher Mark Walker is keen to return it to its rightful owner.
Mr Walker said: “A really nice ring belonging to a female – could be an older pupil or adult – has been found in school.
“In terms of the inscription that has been written on the ring, it will have sentimental value to a member of our school community.”
Mr Walker added: “If you, a family member or your daughter has lost a ring, please contact me at school.”
You can pop into the school in Ditton Street or give Swanmead a call on 01460-52431.
