NOMINATIONS for a competition being held at the Tesco store in Ilminster to celebrate International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day is at the close of play on Sunday (March 12, 2017).
Do you know an amazing woman or mother? Always willing to help? Resilient? Caring? Selfless?
If you do then Ilminster Tesco’s community champion Helena Jones wants to hear from you!
The winner will receive a luxury hamper and there will be other prizes as well including a Mother’s Day lunch for two at The Retreat in Ilminster, a bouquet of flowers from Cottage Flower and a massage from Leanne at
Please take your written nominations and the reasons why along to the customer service desk at Tesco in Ilminster marked for the attention of Helena Jones or email them to Helena at helenajones79@hotmail.com .
“All nominations will be written up and put on a “wall of fame” at the store to celebrate,” said Helena. “We look forward to hearing from you.”
International Women’s Day is held every year on March 8 to commemorate the movement for women’s rights, while Mother’s Day this year is being held on Sunday, March 26, 2017.
