FOOTBALL: Red hot chilli peppers at Ilminster Town FC

ILMINSTER Town FC is inviting people to go along to the Archie Gooch Pavilion later this month and see if they can stand the heat to become crowned the Chilli King.
People are being challenged to handle ten dipping sauces in quick succession from a Ghost Pepper through a Naga to a Moruga Scorpion.
The chilli fun takes place on Saturday, March 25, 2017, from 6.30pm until 8pm and it will cost £5 per person to enter and there will be a £50 cash prize for the overall winner.
For those with a more delicate constitution there is a prize draw for jars of old school sweets!
A club spokesman said: “Come and have a go – or just come and watch those that think they can become Ilminster’s very own Chilli King!”
