SOMERSET NEWS: Hedgehogs need your support at RSPCA centre

A RSPCA widlife centre in Somerset still has more than 100 hedgehogs in its care and needs your help with supplies to look after them.
The West Hatch Wildlife Centre near Taunton admitted a total of 456 hedgehogs in 2016 of which more than 50 per cent were released back into the wild after treatment and rehabilitation.
But a spokesman said: “We still have 116 hedgehogs in our care and are in desperate need of shredded paper, Spikes Hedgehog Food and Evening Primrose Oil.”
The wildlife centre has set up an Amazon wish list which can be found at https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/360MOCCMDKKMR/ref=cm_wl_list_o_3 for anyone wanting to support the cause.
All donations are greatly appreciated and can be sent to RSPCA West Hatch Wildlife Centre, West Hatch, Taunton, Somerset TA3 5RT.
