FOOTBALL: Ilminster Town FC looks for volunteers

MORE volunteers are needed to help behind-the-scenes with the running of Ilminster Town Football Club.
A meeting will be held at the Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster on Tuesday (December 13, 2016) from 7pm.
A club spokesman said: “The committee is on the lookout for some new volunteers to help with the running of the club, the organisation of events and fundraising.
“The club is after volunteers from both within the club, but also from the local community.”
The spokesman added: “The club is making big steps forward since moving to the Archie Gooch Pavilion at Britten’s Field in the summer and it is therefore an exciting time to get involved.”
If anyone wants to get involved, but is unable to attend the meeting, please get in touch with the club by popping into the Archie Gooch Pavilion on a match day.
