SCHOOL NEWS: Playgroup needs your support

A PLAYGROUP near Ilminster has been shortlisted by Tesco’s Bags of Help initiative to receive an award of a grant for up to £12,000 – but it needs YOUR support.

The grant will be used towards developing the outdoor facilities for Neroche Playgroup which is based at Broadway village hall to promote a healthier living environment for everyone.

From Monday (October 31, 2016) until November 13, 2016, people can vote to make this happen at the Tesco store in Ilminster.

A playgroup spokesman said: “Please ask all your family and friends who use Tesco to vote for this project when they shop in the store.

“This vote will help us receive the maximum award increasing from £8,000 to £12,000.

“Please support us to develop the outdoor space at the hall making it a great place to enjoy for sport, entertainment, relaxation and for the children to learn and play in.”
