ILMINSTER NEWS: Motorcyclist crash victim is identified

A 69-year-old man from the Ilminster area who died in a collision on the B3153 near Kingweston has been identified.
Raymond William Mullett, from Ilton, died in the collision on Saturday (September 24, 2016) morning, which involved the red Ducati motorcycle he was riding, a blue Mitsubishi and a red VW Transporter.
Police have released a statement which has been prepared by Mr Mullett’s family.
“Ray was a keen motorcyclist and will be sorely missed by family and friends,” read the statement. “As a family we would appeal for privacy to allow us time to come to terms with our loss.
“We would also appeal to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to please come forward and make contact with Avon and Somerset Police.”
