GLOVERS NEWS: Bad day at the office for Yeovil Town

YEOVIL Town suffered a heavy 4-1 defeat on Saturday (August 27, 2016) at Doncaster Rovers in the Sky Bet League Two and it was a Glovers’ old boy who did the damage.
Andy Williams grabbed a hat-trick on an easily forgettable afternoon for Yeovil which also saw them see defender Bevis Mugabi sent-off for two bookable offences.
The game started in disastrous fashion for the Glovers when Williams netted after just 25 seconds of the game.
It was 2-0 to the hosts on 54 minutes when James Coppinger scored, but Yeovil were given hope when Ryan Hedges got one back virtually immediately.
But then Mugabi was given his marching orders by referee Michael Salisbury and Doncaster took full advantage.
Williams made it 3-1 to Rovers on 82 minutes and then with the game having added time add-on he completed his hat-trick to complete a very sorry afternoon for the Glovers.
