TENNIS: Davis Cup coming to Somerset

TENNIS fans will be able to see and be photographed with the actual Davis Cup trophy which will be in Somerset on Friday (August 26, 2016).
Following Andy Murray’s continuing success at Wimbledon and most recently the Olympics there is now the chance to see the Davis Cup which Great Britain won for the first time in more than 70 years at Belgium last year.
The trophy will be at the Taunton Tennis Club at the Blackbrook Pavilion on Friday from 10am to 1pm and Somerset LTA, which is hosting the event, would like as many people from across the county to visit and make the event a memorable occasion.
In addition they will be offering free coaching from 11am to midday to anyone, junior or adult, who is comfortable playing on a M/T Red court with red balls!
