ILMINSTER NEWS: Town council by-election to be held

AN ELECTION to find three new councillors for Ilminster Town Council will be held next month.
People wanting to stand in the election have until 4pm on Friday, July 22, 2016, to get their nomination papers to the Returning Officer at South Somerset District Council in Brympton Way, Yeovil.
The election will be held in Ilminster on Thursday, August 18, 2016.
The council is looking to fill three vacancies following the resignations earlier this year of Carol Goodall, Rose Neave and Sophie Storey.
