ILMINSTER AREA NEWS: Crash on the Old A303 at Seavington
FIREFIGHTERS were called out this evening (Wednesday, June 15, 2016) following reports of a crash on the Old A303 at Seavington St Michael near Ilminster.
Fire engines from Ilminster, Martock and Taunton, along with a rescue tender from Taunton, were all mobilised at just after 9pm.
“On arrival we confirmed all persons were out of the vehicle and proceeded to make the scene safe,” said a spokesman for the Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.
These were the only details to be released by the Fire Service about the incident on a stretch of road which has been the scene of a number of incidents in recent months.
