TICKETS to watch Somerset CCC in T20 action – including the explosive big-hitting Chris Gayle - against Hampshire this summer will be up for grabs in a raffle being held tomorrow (Saturday, April 16, 2016) night by Ilminster Cricket Club.
The club is holding a fundraising night at the Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster with live music from SNAPPA and a disco from 7pm.
Tickets in advance are priced just £5, but will be £7 on the door – so don’t miss out.
A raffle includes tickets for Somerset’s T20 match against Hampshire at the County Ground in Taunton on June 19, 2016, which should feature the Cidermen’s six-shooter Gayle who was a key player in the West Indies’ recent World Cup success.
Other prizes include meal vouchers for the Royal Oak pub and the Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster, plus those all-important Henry goodies from Numatic International.
Tickets are available from any cricket club member or Adrian Sims on Facebook and the club’s very own Facebook page.
Funds raised will go towards the club’s Shed Renovation Project. The Shed – the popular sports bar on Ilminster Recreation Ground – will be going through a revamp this summer and the club will be holding various fundraisers throughout the year.
