ILMINSTER NEWS: Fitting tribute to the fallen at Bonner’s Butchers

SHOPPERS in Ilminster town centre last weekend may have stopped and paused to look at a poignant Remembrance Day display in the window of Bonner’s Butchers.

The Ilminster Press team spotted the display ahead of the Remembrance Day service on Sunday (November 13, 2016) at the Minster and thought it was worthy of a photograph.

Apologies for not mentioning any other shop which may have had a Remembrance Day theme shop window – but praise to Clinton Bonner and team on their fitting tribute.

The display at Bonner’s Butchers was full of red poppies, Union Jack flags and the poignant message of Lest We Forget.
