SOUTH SOMERSET NEWS: Cyclist knocked off bike by motorist

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run incident in South Somerset.
The fail to stop incident happened on Tuesday, August 16, 2016, at about 7pm on the A30 at Hardington Mandeville near Yeovil.
A black Vauxhall Corsa with the registration beginning WX65 or WV65 was in collision with a cyclist travelling in the direction of Crewkerne.
The driver of the Corsa failed to stop following the incident in which the cyclist came off his bike, sustaining minor injuries.
A police spokesman said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the incident who may have information which could help our inquiry.”
