CARNIVAL: Decorated window competition in Ilminster
ILMINSTER Carnival Committee will once again be holding its Decorated Window Competition for local businesses in Ilminster to join in the fun of Carnival Week.
This year’s Carnival Week runs from Saturday, September 30, 2017, through to Saturday, October 7, 2017, and shops and businesses are being asked to decorate their windows with a Carnival-inspired theme to set the mood in the town.
There is no entry fee to take part in the Decorated Window Competition and there will be a trophy for the winner which will be presented on the night of the main Carnival.
An online entry form can be found at www.ilminstercarnival.co.uk.
The annual Children’s Carnival takes place on September 30 and the main Carnival is on October 7.
