CARNIVAL: All set for Ilminster Children’s Carnival
THE annual Ilminster Children’s Carnival takes place later today (Saturday, September 24, 2016) and organisers are hoping for another fantastic parade.
Children and youth groups will be getting into the Carnival spirit with their own colourful procession through the town.
Judging will start at 1pm with all entrants hoping to win one of the prizes up for grabs and then the parade will move off from the Ile Youth Club car park at 1.45pm.
The main Ilminster Carnival takes place next weekend on Saturday, October 1, 2016, from 7.15pm.
The Chard Children's Carnival and the main Chard Carnival will both take place on the following weekend on Saturday, October 8, 2016.
