THE Paul Fenton Estate Agents celebrated its first anniversary of opening the business – which covers the Chard, Ilminster and Crewkerne area - by selling one lucky homeowner’s property free of any estate agency fees.

More than 25 owners entered the anniversary draw simply by instructing Paul Fenton Estate Agents to sell their home during February and March 2016.

The draw was held at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club with professional golfer Liam Clarke pulling out the winning ticket.

The lucky winners were Stephen and Suzie McManus and family who were delighted that they will be saving a substantial cost on their house move.

Each homeowner that entered the draw also received a complementary Sunday Carvery for Two Voucher for Cricket St Thomas Golf Club.

Company directors Alex Paul and Emma Pike have been delighted at the results from the first year of trading with the business going from strength to strength.
