BUSINESS: Awards for the Shrubbery Hotel

THE newly-appointed manager of the Best Western Shrubbery Hotel in Ilminster, Ashley Preece, has been presented with two awards.
The hotel in Station Road has been awarded a rating of three stars by VisitEngland and has been recognised by Best Western International for achieving 30 years’ membership of Best Western GB.
The hotel, which was sold to businessman Kevin Newton in July 2014, is currently undergoing a full refurbishment programme.
